Dr Lyn Bird has 30 plus years’ experience in education as principal, senior lecturer, researcher and coach/mentor in a variety of settings.

Her principalship in 9 diverse schools enabled Lyn to develop in depth knowledge and expertise in strategic development, leadership capability, and transformational change based on relational trust.

Lyn is an experienced leadership coach helping leaders from education and business to grow their skills, gain pivotal insights about their practice and lead successful change. Her unique approach quickly builds trust allowing the coachees to progress and achieve their goals in a timely and successful manner.
